We've all been there...and it's frustrating.
Diets, weight loss plans, going to the gym.... and nothing seems to work as well as the "experts" claim.  Millions of dollars are spent every year for exercise equipment, memberships and books on fad diets, and yet for many the nagging question remains;

               "If they work, why is it that no one can get on with their
            normal lives and gain or maintain fitness for the long haul?"

After all, we who have busy, professional lives do not live to go to the gym, exercise or spend countless hours shopping for the right nutrition, do we?  When we seek to improve our health and fitness we obviously know some things about our lifestyles have to change, but doesn't it make sense that those changes must fit within our lives; work, family time, nights out and play?

Why, as many "gurus" protest, should we go on binge diets that may quickly shed pounds, only to have inches return when we try to return to normalcy?  Why should we completely disrupt our busy lives with countless hours we don't have to exercise on  the latest miracle machine seen on TV?

We all know that to make a change for the better in whatever area of life we want to improve takes a decisive decision to change...but should the desire for toning and fitness be unduly arduous and unnecessarily complicated?

The answer is "no".  Complication and exorbitant expenses are thrust upon us by the millions of those who simply want to make money, and they do it all under the guise of our desire to be fit and live healthy, more active lives.

Fitness and Nutrition That Works takes the common sense approach.  Common sense, however, does not mean it doesn't work or it takes longer to achieve your fitness and nutritional goals.  It merely means the advice and proven steps given fits within your busy schedules.

Getting fit and living a healthier life only requires three things:
  • A decisive moment on your part that you no longer will accept being out of shape, understanding that memberships, fancy equipment and total self-sacrifice are unrealistic to maintain and use.
  • An exercise regimen that can easily fit within your already hectic life, will not bust the budget or take months of spirit-zapping work without seeing benefits.
  • A simple, common sense approach to proper nutrition that can be integrated into today's food options, busy schedules and without endless prep time; insights into how to eat on the go, at work and at home that don't require counting "points", calories or expensive, prepared meals.
Fitness and Nutrition That Works brings to you the things that work.  The advice and routines contained herein work because they are developed after solid research, experience and because everything integrates into your busy, daily lives...in the routine where you live...where it will make the most sense, the most difference, now and for the long haul.

Now it's up to you...that decisive moment when you decide to change.  This site will help you with the rest.

"I've never seen a program that cuts through all the typical cryptic jargon that many "experts" throw around and gets right down the nuts and bolts as this one does. It is evident that the author did his research as the quality of the program is superior to other systems and very easy to follow. What's very attractive about this program is that it keeps you interested, and the sessions are quick, which is a plus for those with extremely tight schedules such as mine."

Are you ready to make a decisive change for the better; one that fits with busy lifestyles?  It's easier than you might think.
